To enable our university students to benefit from the National Employment Strategy and İŞKUR Youth Program, which provides young people with workforce experience and income support, 1017 quotas have been allocated to our university; the quota may be increased based on demand.
Within the scope of the program, which allows university students to work in a field that matches their interests and skills while studying, participants can work a maximum of 3 days per week. Young people participating in the program will receive 1,083 TL per day. If students attend the program for 5 days a month, they will receive 5,415 TL, and if they attend for 14 days, they will receive approximately 15,162 TL in income support. The state will cover the students’ short-term insurance premiums.
For students at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, 1017 quotas have been allocated for the İŞKUR Youth Program; associate, undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students in formal education can benefit from the program, and the quota may be increased based on demand.
Eligible applicants are university students who are at least 18 years old, are Turkish citizens, and have a household income of less than three minimum wages. Students can apply for the İŞKUR Youth Program between February 10-14, 2025, via www.iskur.gov.tr.
